Board of Directors

Missouri Corporate Credit Union is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors. The Board appoints representatives from member credit unions to serve on the Supervisory, Credit Analysis and Asset/Liability Management committees.

Chris McCreary, Chairman

Chris is currently the president of United Consumers Credit Union, $133 million in assets, Independence, MO. Chris has been president of United Consumers since 1993. Prior to joining United Consumers, Chris served as chief financial officer for Boeing Wichita Employees CU in Wichita, KS. Chris has over 24 years of credit union experience in various professional and volunteer capacities and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Susie Venable, Vice Chairman

Susie is president of Saint Luke's Credit Union, a $16 million credit union located in Kansas City, Mo. Susie has been president of Saint Luke's since 1977. She has been active in numerous Missouri credit union activities, including serving on the board of the Missouri Credit Union Association from 1991 to 2003, and as president of the Kansas City Chapter of Credit Unions from 1994 to 1996.

Ron Miller, Secretary-Treasurer

Ron Miller is president of Edison Credit Union, a $31 million credit union in Kansas City serving the employees of Kansas City Power and Light Co. plus other select employee groups. Ron’s tenure as president of Edison started in 1991. His credit union career started in 1986 with the Kaman Credit Union in Bloomfield, CT.

Glenna Osborn, Board Member

Glenna currently serves as the President of Missouri Central Credit Union, a $34 million credit union located in Lee's Summit, MO. Glenna began her career with Missouri Central in 1988, and has served as its President since 2003. She has been active in the Kansas City Chapter of Credit Unions for a number of years, including serving as its vice chairperson, secretary and registrar.

J. David Osborn, Board Member

For the past 13 years, Dave has served as the president of Anheuser-Busch Employees’ Credit Union, a $1.2 billion credit union serving the employees of Anheuser-Busch, Inc. Prior to joining ABECU, Dave was the president of Finance Center Federal Credit Union in Indianapolis, IN. Dave’s credit union career spans more than 26 years, and includes numerous professional and volunteer activities.

Steve Pierson, CCUE, Board Member

Steve has served as president of Postal Federal Community Credit Union, a $125 million credit union located in Springfield, MO since 1977. Steve, a Certified Credit Union Executive, started his credit union career in 1970 and has served in numerous professional and volunteer positions.

Cathy Stroud, Board Member

Cathy Stroud has served as president of Community Financial Credit Union, a $51 million credit union in Springfield, MO, for the past 24 years. Her credit union career spans 34 years, during which she has served in numerous professional and volunteer positions.

Phil Weber, Board Member

Phil has served as the president of $42 million Central Communications Credit Union in Kansas City, Mo., since 2006. He has worked in the credit union movement since 1980 in numerous capacities. From 1986-2005, he was the president/CEO of KC Police Credit Union. He has also previously served on the Board of Directors of both the Missouri Credit Union Association (1993-2005) and Missouri Corporate Credit Union (2000-2005).
