Dennis J. DeGroodt, CCUE, CUDE, President/CEO
Dennis was named president and chief executive officer
of Missouri Corporate Credit Union in September 1997.
Prior to his selection, Dennis owned and operated a
credit union consulting practice. He also worked for
two years with U.S. Central Credit Union, one and one-half
years with Missouri Corporate, and more than nine years
as president of a natural person credit union. Dennis
started his credit union career in the late 1970s as
a board volunteer.
Dennis holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees
from Pittsburg State University.
Kathleen (Kitty) M. Gray, CPA, MST, CUDE, Chief Financial
Kitty became chief financial officer of Missouri Corporate
in August 1999. Prior to her selection, Kitty was a
manager with Rubin, Brown, Gornstein & Co., LLP,
a regional accounting and auditing firm, for over nine
years. Kitty also served as the vice president and controller
of First USA Bank for three years and spent seven years
as an auditor with KPMG Peat, Marwick.
Kitty holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
from St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, TX, and
a Master’s of Science in Taxation from Fontbonne
College. Kitty is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society
of Certified Public Accountants.
Paulette Hill, AAP, Director of Correspondent Services
Paulette has been working for Missouri Corporate Credit
Union longer than any other employee — past or
present. She started at MCCU in 1984 as an administrative
assistant to the CEO, and eventually became an ACH specialist
at the credit union. Paulette has an associate’s
degree in business administration. She is a certified
trainer and security officer for MCCU, and is an Accredited
ACH Professional (AAP).
Prior to joining MCCU, Paulette served as a branch
manager for a St. Louis-area credit union for five years.
She has also worked for a local home loan bank as a
consumer mortgage and home improvement loan servicer.
Julie A. Chapin, Director of Financial Services
Julie has been working in the financial services industry
since 1986. She joined MCCU as a member service representative
in 1995, was promoted to assistant director of financial
services in 1998, and was named director of the department
in 1999. Julie is certified to sell brokered marketable
securities within the credit union system, and holds
her Series 7/63 brokerage license.
Julie earned her B.S. in finance from Northern Michigan
University. She worked as both a retail branch manager
and a personal banker prior to joining Missouri Corporate
Lori Domian, AAP, Director of Member Services
Lori manages the day-to-day operation of MCCU's Member
Services Department. She is responsible for making sure
that the organization's service-related goals are being
met, and that MCCU is doing its very best to serve member
Prior to joining Missouri Corporate in 2001, Lori was
the vice president of branch operations for a local
bank. She also has several years of experience working
in natural person credit unions. Lori is an Accredited
ACH Professional (AAP).
